The Audio2000'S® AWM6152 professional dual-channel infrared rechargeable wireless microphones is an infrared wireless microphone system with the recharge mechanism built at the bottom of the handheld microphone (AWX6150). The AWX6150 can be inserted onto the microphone recharge sockets on the ACC6152-01 microprocessor controlled microphone recharger. (Note: Never recharge any battery that is not made to be rechargeable.) Any rechargeable AA batteries can also be inserted to the battery recharge sockets on the ACC6152-01 to be recharged.
When the recharging process is in progress, the recharging LED indicator remains on. The recharging LED indicator will be turned off when the rechargeable AA batteries are fully charged.
There are two 1/4" audio outputs, audio output A and audio output B. If only either the audio output A 1/4" jack or the audio output B 1/4" jack is connected to an 1/4" plug, the used audio output 1/4" jack will be a mixed output jack containing both the audio output A signal and the audio output B signal. If each of the audio output A 1/4" jack and the audio output B 1/4" jack is connected to an 1/4" plug, both audio output 1/4" jacks become independent outputs where the audio output A 1/4" jack contains only the audio output A signal and the audio output B 1/4" jack contains only the audio output B signal.
There are four infrared sensor input RCA jacks. Each RCA jack can be connected to a remote infrared sensor via a shielded RCA cable. Depending upon the applications, up to four remote infrared sensors can be connected to these jacks simultaneously and used to enhance the AWM6152 reception capabilities. In the system, one additional remote infrared sensor and one extension cable are included. If more than one remote infrared sensor needs to be used, the remote infrared sensors and the extension cords can be purchased separately.
At the bottom of the AWR6152 infrared receiver, there is a line/microphone output selector. This selector is used to set the audio output levels. When the selector is set at the "LIN" position, the output signal is selected to be at the line level and the audio outputs can be connected to appropriate line inputs. When the selector is set at the "MIC" position, the output signal is selected to be at the microphone output level and the audio outputs can only be connected to the microphone inputs.
At the back of the AWX6150 microphone battery housing, there is an infrared transmission power selector. This infrared transmission power selector is used to adjust the infrared transmission power levels. It is preset to the low level. When the infrared reception by the infrared sensors becomes insufficient in an application, the infrared transmission power selector can be set to the high level. When the infrared transmission power selector is set at the high level, the battery operation time will be substantially reduced.
