Shipping policy
Free shipping, no minimum. Every order ships free within the United States. There’s no “free shipping over $X” threshold — any order, any size, ships free.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping speed
- Processing: 1 business day for orders placed before 2 PM PT. Orders placed later or on weekends/holidays process the next business day.
- Transit: 3–5 business days for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO typically take 5–10 business days.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on package size, destination, and speed. You’ll receive tracking in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please wait 24 hours (packages sometimes scan early), then email us at cs@ezprogear.com. For visibly damaged packages, take photos before opening and email them to us with your order number — we’ll file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.
Address changes
We can update the shipping address only while the order is still processing. Once a label prints, we can no longer redirect the package. Double-check your address at checkout.
